The Pear Tree, Fashion and Gift Emporium, offers customers a special shopping experience in our new location: a brand new building near the Brock Road entrance of the new Spotsylvania Courthouse Village, also just off Route 208 or Courthouse Road Bypass Road, in Spotsylvania, Virginia. This new location is easily accessible from Courthouse Road, Courthouse Road Bypass (Route 208) and Brock Road, and is nestled in the heart of historic Spotsylvania, Virginia just steps from the Spotsylvania Courthouse, Spotsylvania County Museum and the Spotswood Inn.


To get to the new The Pear Tree, just take a left at the blinking light when heading west on Courthouse Road bypass (Route 208)  or turn right if you're headed east from Charlottesville and Lake Anna, VA into the Spotsylvania Courthouse Village.  If you prefer the scenic drive through Spotsylvania Courthouse, just take Courthouse Road into the village to the traffic light and take a right onto Brock Road, then a right into the shopping and office plaza and our new Pear Tree Fashion and Gift Emporium will be right in front of you!
